A word of advice on people and relationships. Let me excuse myself on what I am saying next: You are a fool if you think people should agree with you in everything.
Cherish the differences within your team as they will allow you to deliver on your objectives (especially if you keep people focused).
But if find yourself having to deal with a person that is very different from you, either in business, ideals or ideas, just remember the "simple but profound idea that you don't have to agree on everything if the one thing you do agree on is important enough". This is also valid for discussions on digital and the social media space, by the way.
(The quote? It's from Bono, yes, that one from U2)
Consumer, consumer, consumer! That’s what should be at the heart of any business! Exploring opportunities, created by specific needs, and then addressing them in an effective and efficient way. So, let’s talk about consumer and marketing?

Upload? Think again, please!
It should go without mention, but let’s be clear. You shouldn’t be uploading sensitive information to an AI system. The risk is simply huge.

Insanity
There is one quote from Albert Einstein that I really love.
"Insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results"
A challenge? Break the insanity - do things differently. And if you fail, fail better! Every single time.

Space - the next frontier for Retail
"How can a retail store jump its profits and turnover and still improve customer experience?" - this was almost going to be the title of this article for Grande Consumo, a Portuguese retail publication. But it was too obvious and clickbaitable and I really didn't like it...
Have a look at the article (also published in English in Medium) if you want to know how innovation can disrupt the way retail plan their stores spaces - and the incredible benefits of doing so.
